1. Using Noted
These terms cover the Noted app and this website, developed and operated by an independent developer under the BeeWorks Studio brand. By using Noted, you agree to these terms and the applicable platform terms. Noted helps organize personal financial information; it is not a bank, payment service, lender, broker or financial adviser, and it does not move money between your real bank accounts.
2. Your account and records
Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials and device. Only submit information you are entitled to use. You are responsible for reviewing imported or AI-generated details, maintaining records and backups you need, and complying with applicable law. Do not use the service to abuse others, interfere with systems, bypass usage controls or submit unlawful material.
3. Monthly Noted and annual Noted Pro
Noted offers a monthly essentials subscription and an annual Noted Pro subscription. These are different feature tiers, not the same package at different billing intervals. Product availability, included features, AI allowances and localized prices are displayed in the app before purchase. AI processing is metered and subject to disclosed limits; Pro does not mean unlimited AI use. Failed attempts, provider outages and account issues may affect availability. Local development prices or website examples are not a purchase offer.
4. Trials, payment and renewal
An eligible annual subscription may offer a seven-day introductory trial. Eligibility is determined by Apple and is not guaranteed. The purchase confirmation shows the trial, price, billing interval and renewal terms that apply. Apple processes payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple’s subscription settings before renewal under the terms shown by Apple. Deleting the app or your Noted account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Manage purchases through Apple subscriptions; request eligible refunds through Apple Report a Problem.
5. After a subscription ends
Existing records are preserved for viewing, editing and deletion. Basic full-history CSV export remains available without an active subscription. New entries or paid features may require an active subscription. If your records exceed the limits of your current plan, existing records are not automatically deleted, but adding more active items can require an upgrade.
6. Automation, AI and estimates
Automatic tracking needs a supported device setup, permission, network access and the required plan. Noted cannot guarantee every bank message or app notification will be captured or correctly analyzed. AI extraction, categories and duplicate suggestions can be wrong. Market prices, currency conversion, asset growth, net worth and daily allowances are estimates based on available data, not bank statements, live trade quotes or financial advice. Verify important amounts and dates with your financial institution. Reminders are conveniences and do not replace your payment obligations.
7. Privacy, exports and deletion
The Privacy Policy explains local storage, optional cloud/AI processing and providers. You may export available records and delete local data or your account through the app. Securely store any exports you create. Deleting review messages does not delete recorded transactions. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
8. Intellectual property and platform license
Noted’s name, original designs, artwork and software belong to their respective owners. Bank and provider trademarks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement or a partnership. For the iPhone app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where a separate custom license is not provided. These terms do not grant rights to copy or redistribute Noted’s software or branding beyond what applicable law permits.
9. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Noted useful and reliable, but availability, compatibility and accuracy are not guaranteed. Maintenance, network failures and third-party services can interrupt features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and we are not responsible for losses caused by unverified records, missed reminders or decisions based solely on estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes where required. Subscription price changes and renewal notices follow Apple’s rules and applicable law. For questions or concerns, contact support@beeworksapps.com.
